The October 2026 Big BAM (Bike Across Missouri) is your chance to experience the local communities, the history, and the natural beauty that make the Katy Trail one of America’s most beloved destinations. At 240 miles, the Katy Trail is the longest rail-trail in the country — and Big BAM is one of the best ways to ride it.
Katy Trail Tours & Shuttle is proud to offer a full-service hotel option for Big BAM riders. Our package includes everything provided by Big BAM, plus dedicated hotel accommodations, daily rider support, and logistical services every step of the way — so you can focus on the ride.
What’s Included in the KTTS Big BAM Hotel Package
Hotel Accommodations & Meals
- 6 nights of preferred hotel lodging during the ride
- Breakfast each morning at your place of lodging, on the trail, or at a designated restaurant
- Lunch provided on the first day of the ride in Green Ridge
Daily Rider Support
- Support vehicle available throughout the ride for emergency pickup if needed
- Daily transportation to and from camp/hotel each morning and evening
- Transportation to dinner each evening (meals other than breakfast are not included in pricing)
- Daily pre-ride meeting at the hotel with up-to-date information on the day’s route, trail detours, hotel directions, and more via group text
Planning & Navigation
- KTTS trail guides for each day’s ride, including daily mileage charts, services available in trail towns, and points of interest at key mile markers
- Restaurant recommendations along the route
- Dinner reservations made upon request
- Katy Trail Guidebook, 12th Edition by Brett Dufur
Logistics
- Pre-ride kickoff meeting in Clinton, where you’ll meet fellow riders on your same hotel itinerary
- Daily luggage transport to your hotel — one medium bag up to 45 lbs. Additional bags available for a fee under our add-on services.

Your package includes the full Big BAM entry fee, which covers:
- Charter bus shuttle between St. Charles and Clinton (before or after the ride)
- Nightly camp entertainment and music
- SWAG bag
- Planned lunch stops each day (meal not provided, except as noted)
- Big BAM T-shirt
- BAM bracelet with drink tokens and in-ride games
- Sweep rider on the trail with assistance for minor bike adjustments and flat tire repair
- SAG stops with water and snacks throughout the ride
